Software & commerce
Projects
A company and its product, and the three commerce ventures that came before them.
Active · 2026 —New World Systems
The company
An AI and systems company building software that connects real work, automates the repetitive, and keeps people in command.
Active · 2026 —New World OS
The flagship product
A local-first operating layer for a whole operation — the apps, the agents, and the work they do, installed on your own machine and unlocked with a licence key. No accounts, no cloud tenancy.
2021 — 2024Made In Vintage
The first one
The first vintage operation: sourcing, styling, and selling overlooked pieces — started with no idea what any of it involved. Everything after it is a refinement of what this one taught.
2024 — 2026Thrift & Grail
The operation at volume
Grails pulled from the racks, listed fast, shipped faster — and the first time the process had to be written down to survive. It is where the listing pipeline TREASURES runs on was first worked out by hand.
Two ventures, five years, one lesson each. What they turned into is next.
2021 → 2026Active · 2026 —Treasures
Vintage commerce,
built around considered finds
The current form of a vintage operation that has been running since 2021. Made In Vintage learned the trade, Thrift & Grail proved it at volume, and TREASURES is what the two of them turned into once the process behind them had been worked out. Stock is sourced in person, shot on location, and listed across ten storefronts from a single inventory — the export that feeds them is software written for exactly this, which is why one person can run all of it.
