I’m Patrick LeRoy, a founder and creative technologist working where commerce, software, design, media, and AI meet. I like taking an idea from its earliest rough form through strategy, identity, systems, and execution until it becomes something real.
My work began with vintage clothing. I learned the business by sourcing, photographing, marketing, selling, packing, and shipping thousands of pieces myself. Made In Vintage became Thrift & Grail, and those experiments grew into TREASURES—giving me a practical education in taste, attention, trust, and e-commerce.
Running those businesses showed me where existing tools fell short, so I started building my own. That work became New World Systems: software and AI designed around real operations. Everything I do follows the same pattern—get close to the problem, understand the whole system, and build what should exist.
